SHIPPING & RETURNS

If you have any issues with your order we will go out of our way to make things right and solve any issue you may have, this is the s550parts policy and it is why our customers are loyal and always come back for more!
Here at s550parts & more we take care of our customers, so if you have any issues, unhappy with a service or product or want to share an idea please Email us in the "CONACT" page and we will take the necessary steps to help you.
Shipping:
We do our best to fulfill all orders within 1-3 business days, however sometimes delays may occur for things like payment confirmation, back-orders or long weekends/holidays.
If you do not receive a tracking number for your order with in 4 business days please Email us with your order number and we will be happy to look into the order status for you. 
The standard shipping time frame once goods have been shipped out is 3-7 business days.
Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been sent please note any delays is out of our control, you will have to call the carrier company directly for updates with delivery times.
Returns & Refunds.
We do accept returns on all items excluding custom made orders, items on sale or promotions - These items are Final Sale.
Returns are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee. Product must be unused and in original packaging.
Once goods have been received back we will inspect the product and issue with a refund accordingly.
We will cover returning costs on products that are shipped from USA to USA.
For returns that have to be returned to Canada; Buyer is responsible for the returning of the goods.
s550parts is not responsible for incorrect address being entered at checkout, please make sure and double check that your information is correct.
s550parts is not responsible for packages that arrive damaged due to carrier mishandling goods.
Canceled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee.
